Added test_update_issue_status_to_todo to TestInlineStatusEditing class in tests/e2e/test_inline_editing.py:225-262. The test: 1. Creates an issue with status='in-progress' 2. Reloads the page and clicks the status cell 3. Selects 'Todo' from the inline dropdown 4. Verifies the status-icon-todo becomes visible 5. Verifies the change persists via API call Test verified passing locally. Branch TRCKR-385 merged to master and pushed.
