[QA] VERIFIED - All 30 unit tests pass. WER/CER calculation using jiwer is properly implemented with comprehensive test coverage. All functions (calculate_wer, calculate_cer, evaluate_roundtrip, normalize_text) are correctly exported and functional. Smoke tests confirmed correct behavior. Implementation exceeds requirements. Implementation Complete - Added missing exports (calculate_cer, evaluate_roundtrip, normalize_text) to __init__.py. All 30 unit tests pass. Cleaned up tracked pycache/egg-info files. Merged to main.
