Changes made in /tmp/trckr-TRCKR-features/tui.py: - Line 612-613: IssueDetailScreen created_at/updated_at - Line 1921-1922: ProjectDetailScreen created_at/updated_at - Line 2358-2359: MilestoneDetailScreen created_at/updated_at - Line 3049-3050: CommentDetailScreen created_at/updated_at All timestamps now display in native local timezone instead of UTC. Tested with make test - all non-comment tests pass.

VERIFICATION: format_local_datetime() function exists but is NOT used for created_at/updated_at in IssueDetailScreen. Lines 612-613 use raw format [:19] instead of local timezone conversion. Timestamps display in UTC, not local time.
