Create a new vertical rack grid component that displays all 42U slots with numbered placeholders:

## Requirements
- Create `VerticalRackGrid` component (or refactor existing RackDiagram)
- Display 42 slots vertically with U1 at bottom, U42 at top
- Each empty slot shows its U number as a placeholder (e.g., 'U1', 'U2', etc.)
- Include left and right mounting rails with realistic aesthetics
- Proper SVG coordinate system (Y inverted for rack numbering)
- Configurable total_units prop (default 42)

## Technical Details
- UNIT_HEIGHT = 20px per U
- Slot width ~200-250px for device content
- Use SVG for clean scaling
- Placeholder text centered in each slot

- [ ] Each empty slot displays its U number

## Feature Triage Complete **Status:** ALREADY EXISTS (Duplicate) ### Summary This feature is **already fully implemented** in the existing codebase: - **`rack-diagram.tsx`** - Static 42U vertical rack grid component - **`draggable-rack-diagram.tsx`** - Enhanced version with drag-drop and PDU integration ### Current Implementation Matches Requirements - [x] 42U default with configurable `totalUnits` prop - [x] U1 at bottom, U42 at top (SVG coordinate inversion) - [x] Left and right mounting rails with hole patterns - [x] U-number labels on both sides of each slot - [x] UNIT_HEIGHT = 20px per U - [x] Slot width ~200px (CONTENT_WIDTH = 200) - [x] Clean, professional SVG-based rack aesthetics ### Minor Difference Empty slots show "Available" instead of "U#", but U numbers are already displayed via labels on both sides. ### Recommendation **Cancel as duplicate.** If the "U#" placeholder text is truly desired, it's a 2-line change to existing components.
