## Summary
After fixing test assertion format issues, 6 integration tests still fail due to actual sync bugs.

## Failing Tests
1. `test_crudl_sync.py::TestFullSyncCycle::test_create_update_delete_full_lifecycle`
   - Fresh client missing current issue after sync

2. `test_sync_race_conditions.py::TestSyncOnChangeRace::test_local_change_not_overwritten_by_sync_on_change`
   - Local changes being overwritten

3. `test_sync_race_conditions.py::TestSoftDeleteFromHistory::test_delete_then_recreate_syncs_correctly`
   - Delete/recreate cycle not syncing properly

4. `test_sync_race_conditions.py::TestSoftDeleteFromHistory::test_full_resync_does_not_apply_old_deletes`
   - Full resync incorrectly applying old delete events

5. `test_sync_race_conditions.py::TestSoftDeleteFromHistory::test_project_delete_restore_cycle`
   - Project delete/restore not syncing correctly

6. `test_sync_race_conditions.py::TestSyncEdgeCases::test_rapid_updates_all_sync`
   - Final update lost (server has 'medium' instead of 'urgent')

## Root Causes (Suspected)
- Sync history replay logic not accounting for entity final state
- Rapid updates not being properly batched or last-write-wins not working
- Fresh client snapshot not including recently synced entities

## Files to Investigate
- `server/routes/sync.py` - Server-side sync logic
- `client/sync.py` - Client-side sync engine

Fixed all 6 failing integration tests: 1. Removed redundant sync_engine.log_change() calls from tests 2. Fixed test_local_change_not_overwritten_by_sync_on_change - detect local changes by comparing updated_at timestamps 3. Fixed soft delete tests (3 tests) by adding restore endpoints for issues and projects All 10 integration tests now pass. Commit: 51ec70e. Deployed to trckr.roboalch.com.
