Fixed ready status color to light_sky_blue1 in both _colorize_issue_status() (line 4996) and IssueEditScreen RadioButton colors (line 1338). The previous color 'cyan' was showing as purple. The new color 'light_sky_blue1' is a true light blue that matches the user's requirement. Changes committed to TRCKR-colors branch and pushed to remote.

Changed todo status color from 'cyan' to 'dodgerblue' in both _colorize_issue_status() and IssueEditScreen status_colors. This should display as a proper light blue instead of the purple/magenta that 'cyan' was rendering as. Updated in both locations (lines 1367 and 5874).
