Add a vertical PDU outlet strip alongside the rack with connection lines to devices:

## Requirements
- Render 24 outlets as a vertical strip to the right of the rack
- Each outlet shows its number (1-24) and state (on/off)
- Draw connection lines from devices to their assigned outlets
- Lines route cleanly (bezier curves or right-angle routing)
- Color coding: green=on, red=off, gray=unassigned

## Connection Lines
- Connect from device's right edge to its assigned outlet(s)
- Multi-outlet devices show multiple lines
- Lines don't overlap with other devices
- Use curves or stepped routing for clean appearance

## Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Outlet numbers visible (1 at bottom, 24 at top)
- [ ] On/off state shown with color (green/red)
- [ ] Lines connect devices to their outlets
- [ ] Device with outlets 22,23 shows 2 connection lines
- [ ] Lines route cleanly without crossing devices
