Verified E2E tests for updating issue title with special characters. The test file tests/e2e/test_issue_title_special_characters.py contains 9 comprehensive tests that all pass: 1. HTML special characters (<, >, &, quotes) 2. Unicode characters (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) 3. Emoji characters 4. Changing from special to different special chars 5. Persistence after modal reopen 6. Display in table after update 7. Backslash character handling 8. Newline handling (Enter exits edit mode) 9. Leading/trailing whitespace All tests pass against local server. Commit cf8316f is already on master.
